    This isn’t directed at the store necessarily. When I dumped Xfinity for my cable, they took back my equipment no questions asked. However, we kept them for our internet-big mistake. It’s out more than it’s working and Xfinity is unapologetic.

    Dreadful experience. Comcast, as usual, lives up to its infamously bad customer service. The employees are rude and unhelpful both by phone and in person. In fact, calling them rude is generous. They can be combative, dismissive, and openly show that they do not care to help customers. I genuinely do not understand how, in this job market, Comcast cannot hire better staff or provide better training. I will do my best to avoid all Comcast and Xfinity services from now on. Their prices are not worth the stress, frustration, and wasted time that always seem to come with dealing with their employees.

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Xfinity, especially because of the way Dominique treated me. He was rude and made me feel uncomfortable throughout our interaction. Instead of actually helping, he kept repeating things over and over in a slow, exaggerated way, as if I couldn’t understand basic information. His voice was kind of impatient, which only made things worse and made me feel even more uneasy. It honestly felt like he thought I was stupid or a kid who needed everything explained in the simplest terms possible. Even though I was asking reasonable questions about my account, his condescending attitude made an already stressful situation even worse. I expected better from Xfinity and hope they address how their staff treats customers in the future.

    I had a great experience at this store! I spoke with Diego and the store manager, Denise, and they went above and beyond to resolve my issue. I had previously called Xfinity customer service and was given false information — they completely messed up my account. Denise took the time to dig into the problem, fix the mess, and make everything right. If you ever need help with your Xfinity services, don’t waste your time on the phone — come to this location! They actually care and will get it done.

    The worst! An internet company who can’t get their own internet to work enough to print a simple statement. Their site never works. After being with them for years they don’t even have my address correct. I call and they can’t even provide email, mail or even get someone to help me sign on. They have no idea what they are doing. I went in person and the employee was cliueless, wouldn’t help me print out my own phone bill and said manager was busy. I watched him leave and go to lunch. I had to wait for someone else to help so I could cancel everything and move to another company. The first employee was dismissive and gave me an attitude, saying that he can’t get the ledger to work but refused to click on the tab that said ledger, he got snappy with me. Should hire people with better customer service! Never again!
