Eventually, one of them said "we will be right with you" but didn't look up from his iPad. After a few minutes, he asked how he could help and put us on the list, stating that there were a few people ahead of us and we could go look at phones or take a seat to wait. No estimate on how long of a wait, nowhere to sit and a minimal display of products.
