    Walked in there trying to switch accounts from my dads to my own. They told me they weren’t able to and to call 611. I went to another Verizon store down the street and they were able to help me out with no problem. Lazy workers there that are unprofessional with an attitude problem

    Poor customer service. When my wife and I entered the building, there were 3 associates in the entryway however nobody looked up to acknowledge us. Eventually, one of them said "we will be right with you" but didn't look up from his iPad. After a few minutes, he asked how he could help and put us on the list, stating that there were a few people ahead of us and we could go look at phones or take a seat to wait. No estimate on how long of a wait, nowhere to sit and a minimal display of products.

    I came here for help after switching from Xfinity to Verizon. Kenneth was the representative who “helped” me. He was inebriated and did nothing except hand me a phone to call customer support while I was there. He didn’t even talk on the phone with the other representative, answer any of my questions, or help me with literally anything. I immediately switched back to Xfinity, this verizon store had absolutely the worst customer experience I’ve ever encountered. Kenneth needs to sober up and start putting even just a tiny bit of effort into his job, or find a new one. Absolutely dismal. Do not come here.

    Verizon itself is not bad, however the employees here are very unprofessional and snippy. I could hear them making underhanded comments as I exited the location. I will never be bringing my business back to this physical location again.
