Unfortunately, the representative, Giancarlo, completely botched the porting process from the start. What should have been a straightforward task turned into a nightmare. Giancarlo made a critical error during the setup, leaving me waiting for over two hours while he attempted—and failed—to resolve it. He then instructed me to leave and return later, which I did, only to waste another hour in line. Despite being on the waiting list, Giancarlo blatantly ignored me and chose to assist another customer instead, showing a clear lack of accountability and unwillingness to own up to his mistake. This level of incompetence and poor customer service is inexcusable, especially from a company like Xfinity that charges premium prices. I left without my issue resolved, feeling dismissed and undervalued. As a result, I’m done—I’m switching to a different operator to avoid any more of this headache. If you’re considering visiting this location, think twice—save your time and go elsewhere.
