Magdiel represents the epitome of super high quality customer service and support and never puts any extra pressure on New sales but will do anything he can to solve a problem with your existing phone or service or even with other services, in our case a problem with Google. I cannot say enough good things about Magdiel. Some day I hope he becomes a well deserved management position with Verizon. Im 80 years old and thank him so much for the best telephone customer service in my lifetime. Soon I plan to change my phone and when I do the only rep I will contact is Magdiel. Due to his incompetence, I had to make several calls lasting several hours to resolve a problem that could have been avoided if the agent had done a better management, because yes I went to the store but nothing was resolved there...
