I waisted an hour of my time which I thought would be a quick process. I had to go through four different lines of communications and explain myself four different times. I could not access a live agent through automated communication easily. If there is an issue there should be a real person in store willing to help you resolve issue or an actual person easily accessible through phone vs four different lines of communication before the issue is resolved.
