And some lady that works there gave me a bogus card with a phone number that is from California, and no one ever answered or called back!!!

- FAFrania AguilaNov 4, 20251.0Buenas tarde FUI MALTRATADA Y DISCRIMIADA POR SER UNA PERSONA TRANSGÉNERO Fui el 16 set 2025,atendida por un trabajador para el especial del phone 17 , me dijo que tenía que pagar 117.00 d,yo lo tenía en cash,me dijo que tenía que ser con tarjeta,que el día 18 vencía el especial y que se iba llevara la tarjeta del banco con 260.00 d Regreso el día 18,me atiende otro trabajador y me dice que pagará 117.00 d ,me dijo que si devolvía mi teléfono en uso me daba un crédito de 115.00 d ,yo le di el celo,él fue a revisarlo y me dijo que cuando fuera activar el cell nuevo lo llevara para entregarlo y me daban el crédito Cuando fui activar el cell quise que él me atendiera,le di el nuevo y me dijo siéntate en ese banco y cuajen la pantalla aparezca x me avisas,lo llamé y me dirijo ahora voy,paso el tiempo y no venía,fui de nuevo y me dijo espera,viendo que no me atendió me dirijo a otro trabajador y le expliqué,él tenía un cliente pero me atendió cada vez que podía,cuando terminó le dije que el otro trabajador me dijo que llevara el cell para darme el crédito,el cogio el cell y tuvo que ir al interior de la tiendo a preguntarle y le dijo que. no tenía que dejar ningún cell Revisando mi factura veo que mi próximo pago es de un poco más de 215.00 d,llamo a infinity y la Sra u me atendió me dijo que no podía ayudarme ,le pido de favor hablar con un supervisor Hablo con un supervisor llamado José,le explico pues nunca en la tienda me explicaron nada,nio me dieron ningún stiker y yo lo que recibo es un deshabilite y es demasiado a pagar no siendo yo la responsable pues no se me explicó nada y la atención que me dieron fue PÉSIMA Me dijo que no podía hacer nada solo que no pagara el día 25 que es mi fecha de pago y vería para hacerme arreglo de pago En todo el tiempo que he tenido este servicio con ustedes nunca me he atrasado en un pago y no debo pagar por el mal trabajo de las personas que no deben trabajar en ese lugar Gracias
