The experience has been nothing short of frustrating and infuriating. Firstly, it is nearly impossible to see a person at the branch. I have made numerous attempts to reach out and discuss my cancellation, but it seems like they are deliberately avoiding any form of communication. This lack of accessibility is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Despite my persistent efforts to cancel my membership for months, I was still forced to physically go to the branch and sign some paperwork. This is incredibly inconvenient and defeats the purpose of canceling in the first place. As a busy individual, finding time to deal with these administrative tasks is already a challenge, and now I am expected to make time to visit the branch and sign a cancellation notice on their terms and schedule. It is beyond frustrating. To add insult to injury, I recently discovered that I have been sent to collections because Anytime Fios (Verizon) failed to process my cancellation online. This is absolutely outrageous. Not only did I endure months of unnecessary charges for a service I didn't even have, but now I have to deal with the consequences. The lack of customer service and the complete disregard for my time and financial well-being displayed by Anytime Fios (Verizon) is truly disappointing. I strongly advise others to reconsider using their internet service if they value their time, money, and peace of mind. It is an absolute shame that a company that claims to provide reliable and efficient service can treat their customers with such disregard and negligence.

They will not refund the charges because I had to continue to use it until I got service from someone else.
