He was chill, where others would have quit or maybe made it sound inconvenient he made it look smooth and not a burden at all. Made the transaction look easy. I can only wonder who his parents are but they raised a gem. This is the attitude to success, hard or impossible to teach. Verizon is lucky to have him working for them.

They will not refund the charges because I had to continue to use it until I got service from someone else.

They didn't explain that when they transfer data that they wipe phone clean till after they took my money. I wanted the money back and they refused. They basically are running a criminal enterprise.
