I called in June of 2025 with paying $128 a month for internet. Comcast said we could lower your bill to $115 a month and up your speed to 1,000 mg. And never told me I was under a 2 year contract. They just said I was on an old plan. I just switched to att fiber for much less and I now have to pay a $190 early termination fee. And I have been a loyal customer for 15 years with Comcast.
