Went it to get a couple of new lines, and the young spanish guy was rude to my mom, trying to make her like she didn't know how a phone works. All he wanted me to do was to agree to buy what he wanted to sell me, and not what I wanted to get. Verizon really needs to get more training to their employees before they put them out on the floor. DO NOT waste your time at this Waterford Lakes store and take your business elsewhere. Take this from a 20 year loyal customer that is probably going back to AT&T.

They mess up your account and then no one can fix the problem they will have you call customer service and when you call them they say that you need to go directly to a corporate office which they can’t fix their errors either. Took me 5 straight days driving to the store to finally resolve one problem and here I am a month later now noticing that I’m being charged for a device that I don’t have. Also I mailed in my phones (2) that I should get a credit of $800 each and they can’t locate them even though I provided proof of delivery. I will never … ever recommend this company.
