- JJJeannetteNov 19, 20221.0I’ve had the worst experience with Verizon. I must say Kimberly has been very helpful but other than that switching to Verizon has been the dumbest thing I’ve done. They mess up your account and then no one can fix the problem they will have you call customer service and when you call them they say that you need to go directly to a corporate office which they can’t fix their errors either. Took me 5 straight days driving to the store to finally resolve one problem and here I am a month later now noticing that I’m being charged for a device that I don’t have. Also I mailed in my phones (2) that I should get a credit of $800 each and they can’t locate them even though I provided proof of delivery. I will never … ever recommend this company.
