  My wife was trying to move her contacts/emails etc. from one phone to a new Apple phone and was having technical difficulties. After speaking to an Associate on the phone the night before, it was suggested to go to a Xfinity Store. Fortunately, my wife and I went to the Xfinity Store at 2326 Pine Ridge Road in Naples, Florida 34109. Charlesha is the Store Manager and she is exceptional. The Xfinity Store on Pine Ridge Road is very busy. The previous day, the store took care of 277 customers. One of the Associates at the store tried to help my wife but ran into the same technical issues Customer Service couldn't resolve. He got Charlesha to help us out and she went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Now remember, this is a very busy store. So, in addition to Charlesha helping us, she was also keeping the Store running smoothly as more customers came in for help. Charlesha was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and provided exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond to help us. We hope the Corporate Office at Xfinity will recognize her for being such an outstanding member of the Xfinity Team. Charlesha is a star!

  terrible experiencia , el vendedor Juan Fco me ofrecio una oferta el viernes en la noche , ordené dos telefonos e hicimos todo el procedimiento para que mi esposo y yo cambiaramos de linea , el domingo me llama y me dice que no me puede cumplir con la oferta,me deja un numero para que yo me las arregle como pueda y me puedan regresar el dinero que el viernes pagué , completamente irrespetuoso que te ofrezcan algo solo para vender y despues no te puedan cumplir , cuando le pedi que cancelara la orden me dijo que no podia , y ahora me toca procesar que me regresen el dinero y cancelar la orden.

  I’m giving this a 5 star service because of the two employees that were so helpful at this location, both super sweet ! This is the first time in 20 days of trying to transfer my services and the Immokalee store refused to help went back and forth with customer service since the 1st and for the first time I was finally spoken to with respect and completely helped without an excuse.aunt if I went to this location first I would’ve gotten the service I deserved, but after 10 years of being a loyal customer I had no choice but to move . Erika and Austin are an absolute ray of sunshine and an asset to this company, you should have them train the rest of your company!

  Really that place sucks, the agent was horrible, and I asked him to speak to the manager, he told me that I have to wait approximately half hour, and guess what the manager never showed up. So left without any help.
