- LLLesterG5 days ago1.0Poor customer service . The black skinny guys barely knows what he’s talking about . We went in to pick up a SIM card and he end it up saying in Xfinity there’s no sim cards he can’t give us one while someone else were getting sim cards

When I asked for a quick overview of how to program it he referred me to the instructions. I asked for a verbal description and he said sorry I don’t watch TV. I don’t use remotes and I don’t know how this works. No one else offered to help nor Did he ask one of his fellow workers for help. Rather pathetic to have an employee who works at a cable TV an Internet service providers store who does not know how to use the remote.
