I had to visit the store three different times, and each time I was given no proper help. One of the employees was named Brandon, and there were two other guys, including a manager. None of them seemed to know what they were doing. They made me wait all day, sent me back and forth to get a PIN, and even after doing everything they asked, nothing got done. At the end, they just apologized and told me I’d have to wait two months to get my phone — which makes absolutely no sense. The entire experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. The staff clearly need better training and compassion for customers. This experience completely broke my trust in the company, and I will never go back again. They r just to lazy they dint wanted to help more cared about
