- KGKlaudia GuellNov 14, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The representative who assisted me, Daniel, was extremely unprofessional. His attitude from the moment he approached me was rude and completely unhelpful. Instead of explaining the situation clearly, he kept repeating “you can’t,” without offering any alternatives or taking the time to clarify anything. When I tried to understand why they couldn’t give me the box, he simply told me it was because I was “in another city,” and insisted that whoever told me otherwise was “wrong.” The way he said it was dismissive and unprofessional. On top of that, he seemed in a rush to attend other customers, and it felt like he didn’t want to help me because I came in with a complaint. I left the store frustrated and extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor customer service. I truly hope they improve the way they treat customers, especially those who come in looking for a solution.

- YBYoung BarrOct 4, 20251.0Terrible Experience – Misleading Information and No Accountability I was an Xfinity Mobile customer for many years — until I recently canceled all five lines on my family plan due to a frustrating and dishonest experience at one of their stores. I went in to add a line for my son and was told that if I ported a number from another provider, I’d get 40% off a new phone. I followed through and transferred the line — but the discount never showed up on my bill. When I went back to the store, I was told to contact Xfinity support, which I did. A ticket was opened, but a month later, still no discount. I returned to the store and was told I needed to upgrade my plan to qualify, which I also did — still nothing. I went back yet again, spoke to another employee who finally involved the manager, who opened another ticket and promised to call me. He never did. Weeks passed — no resolution, no discount, no follow-up. This was a complete waste of time and money. The runaround I received felt like a scam. There’s zero accountability between the store and corporate, and no one takes ownership of the customer experience. I’ve since switched providers. I would not recommend this store — or Xfinity Mobile in general — to anyone. Stay away.
