The manager gave me multiple contradictory explanations: • First, they said there was an emergency • Then they claimed I never confirmed the appointment • Then they said no one was at the property (false—I was there the entire time) • Finally, they said the technician came without the equipment In short: constant misinformation and zero accountability. Based on this experience—without even starting the service—I can confidently say that Xfinity is not a serious company, their representatives can mislead customers, and they do not take responsibility for the problems they cause. Accidents happen, but honesty, real solutions, and an apology are the bare minimum a customer should expect. I would not recommend this company to friends or family. 01/08/2026
