  La peor de las compañias y la peor de las atenciones. Estuve todo un dia en la oficina del Doral esperando por ser atendida. Al final el teléfono estaba defectuoso de fabrica y no se querian hacerse responsables. Me atendieron 4 personas y ninguno, segun ellos, podia responsabilizarse. Del servicio de internet tampoco tengo buenas recomendaciones. Cancelaron mi cuenta sin previo aviso (por reparaciones que durarían meses en mi area de residencia) No recibo el servicio hace 2 meses y me siguen cobrando suscripción. Y ya he ido dos veces a sus oficinas. Lo peor. Mal trato. Mala atencion. Mal servicio, y pesima preparacion de sus trabajadores. No lo recomiendo ni lo recomendare nunca.

  I visited the store to resolve ongoing incorrect charges for “limited data” that I was never informed of when I signed up for my plan. Multiple representatives were unable to show me any contract or documentation stating that my plan included limited data. Because of this, I was placed on a lengthy virtual call for hours without any resolution. When I requested to speak with someone who could provide a clear explanation or solution, the store manager Victor returned and simply stated that he had “nothing else to say” and asked me to leave the store rather than addressing the issue. His behavior was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable, especially given that I was calmly trying to resolve a legitimate billing concern. The situation escalated to the point where I sought guidance from the police, who advised me to file a formal complaint documenting the incident. I am requesting: 1. A full review of my account and removal of any improper “limited data” charges. 2. Written clarification of what my plan includes. 3. An investigation into the conduct of the store manager and staff involved. 4. Confirmation of any corrective actions taken to ensure this does not happen to other customers. As a customer, I expect transparency, professionalism, and basic respect—none of which were provided during this interaction. Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint and let me know the next steps. I appreciate prompt attention to this matter. Update: I received a call from Corporate apologizing for the issue and stating that further investigation will be conducted on this store. I was immediately refunded for the unauthorized charges.

  The manager Victor thinks they can keep scamming people and lying about the contract and still get away with it. This time, he saw he couldn’t make up for his lies and called the police. Little did he know that I am using the police reports to file an Executive Team and BBB complaint.
