And when I came the second time to get a SIM card for another phone, the manager was so rude and was saying that they can’t help me and to go to Xfinity, even though we have a family plan with Verizon for so many years. And made me feel very discriminated. It’s very hard to make me upset, but they worked very hard to do so, but not to help to just connect my number to a new phone. Don’t waist your time, they are there to be mean to people, not to help.
