- ATAndres TremanteJun 22, 20241.0Very poor service and no common sense from the person managing the waiting list in person. I was there to return a router, which would only take a COUPLE of minutes. All the workers were busy. When the person managing the waiting list asked me what I was there for, I explained it was to return the router and he told me to wait two minutes. Instead, I waited for 20 minutes, so when the worker managing the waiting list came out , I explained to him, again, that I only needed a couple of minutes to drop off the router. He told me he couldn't help me because there were 2 others ahead of me. I reiterated that I only needed to drop it off, and then he said that I couldn't "skip the line." This does not make any sense, as I didn't need any help with a service, nor was I there to buy anything; I was supposed to be in and out. Needless to say, I went to the UPS nearby, and in less than TWO MINUTES, they took the router off my hands and I left. That's what should have happend at this Verizon store. Instead, I wasted 20 minutes for something simple, and could have wasted MUCH more time because of the lack of common sense from the worker to have efficency. That was today, June 22nd, 2024 @2:30 PM.
