- NGnanny GJan 4, 20261.0Representative didn't offer me to have a seat. Did not ask any questions about my service, refused to provide a copy of new services I requested. Unprofessional, unpolite, not ready to help, male representative didnt have an idea of the services I asked for. I believe that if a new service or plan is offered it is imperative to be presented in writting to avoid furure additional service charges for misleading information.
