- TWTiffany WardlowAug 20, 20251.0Don't go here if you need help transferring things from one phone to another. I tried going to the store on the afternoon of Sunday, 8/17. The 2 guys behind the counter did not care about helping me at all. They didn't even want to hear anything I had to say. They heard me say, Verizon customer service and Samsung and said if I talked to them, then there is nothing they could do. They wouldn't even touch the phone. I pretty much had to beg to touch it. And even then, they didn't even try. I've never seen such lazy customer service people in my life. The even more interesting piece of it is, they said there was things they could do to try to fix it but then never tried it. The best part is the taller guy just kept telling me to go to the ifix and repair store down the street and maybe they can help me. I already had a new working phone. I just needed to transfer everything over. Worthless. Thank you Verizon Customer Service (over the phone) for sending me there. WASTE OF TIME!! I've been a loyal Verizon Customer for over 20 years and I've never been so disappointed.
