After trying for months to deal with the deal, I finally canceled and disputed all charges I considering a class action on this company. Manger at the store says we are third parties and can not help with any online setup, but there Web site says to go to the local store for replacement or questions. If you're not opening a new account, there won't help. I believe there commission base with no service, just to open account reps, then abandon their now customers and clearly targeting new only. Manger said he can help but won't 😉 no phone CS only chats and that's like going nowhere at all waste of time. My CC refunded all my months of charges that this company took. Easier way to resolve your issue is dispute then you get your way if not you will get frustrated with BS companies like this. Verizon got a really wonderful plan and great service at the moment.
