She even went the extra mile of resetting my new phone several times just to try and restore as much of my old phone as possible (smart switch wasn't an option, my old phone was damaged beyond repair). I will ALWAYS recommend Xfinity to my friends and family, not only great in-store customer service but the coverage is excellent and the plans are affordable. I switched from T Mobile, best decision I made in 2025.

Later I find out they forgot to put in the coax cable that is part of my package and essential to my startup. Called to see if I can get help on the matter, nobody picked up. What's going on here?

They are making money off people by getting into your account, then adding services that you did not authorize (like extra phone lines) and getting paid commission for it. I went directly to another Xfinity store, that is legit and after 3 hours of trying to FIX my mobile and internet account they explained that the third party stores are known for doing "shady" stuff. I am writing a complaint and going straight to management about my experience. I have the guys full name and user id, and a print out of what he did to my account.
