  Waiting more than 1 hour and I still waiting to resolve a billing problem something so easy to resolve for them not good.The store is packed of clients waiting to be attended and you see the Xfinity personal fooling around like they don't give a damn they took around 1 hour or more to resolve a problem for just one client I can tell it because I was sitting there more than 1 hour and half and have to stand up and ask the person in the front desk what going on why Im still here waiting to be attended only to resolve a billing problem costumer service is 0 not good at all

  Was just returning equipment and had to wait my turn. Yet four associates were doing nothing and could have scanned my equipment and be on my way. Not understanding why a kiosk isn't in place for dropping off equipment.... just a suggestion.

  My mom and I went to Xfinity to switch our phones from T-Mobile, and we had an amazing experience thanks to Teddy. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Even though her iPad gave her a bit of trouble at the beginning, she handled everything professionally and still got it all done. We walked out with a great deal and big smiles on our faces. Excellent customer service all around!

  We walked in on Sunday to have our phones switched to Xfinity. Gabby was able to call us over almost right away. Hardly any wait. She is a knowledgeable and kind person. My iPhone was able to be switched over easily. My son’s older Samsung had to be upgraded and we had a snag of about 36 hours before Xfinity could complete the process. That was the only problem. The store was awesome. Ask for Gabby.

  OMG. These people are not to be trusted. I was a loal customer for years till, They kept upping my bill. When I called them they said they fixed it, the bill was higher. I called on my cell phone bill to fix it they sent me a smart watch, I did not want. I returned it & the equipment on the first of November, to the store but this morning they took over 300. Out of my bank account. Over drew my account. I called to find out why, & what they charged me for, Never got a bill or anything. It was for the watch that they have, The box was never open. That I did not order or want it. I called customer service to be told they can not help me.WHAT!!!!! I was told I have to go see the manager of the lady lake fl. Store to find out why he did not do his job. This company will manipulate you into things you don't want. Then tell you that you have to keep it. That you can not return it. I am a senior & have a grand child & it's christmas. I have never been taken advantage of like this in my entire life. So be ware of this company they are not always honest & will take advantage of seniors.
