Would've taken less time. So the rep lied to me. I asked to speak to a manager, but the counter people refused, that's when I got loud with the woman behind the counter. So my rating of 0 stars (if I could, I'd take them away) is for both store and customer service 800 number. I cancelled everything. I never thought I would say this, "I want spectrum". For those of you saying there's no other options, there are. I got internet now for just $64, instead of the $117 I was paying for this garbage that's out 1/2 the time.

Our wait time was very reasonable and the staff efficiently moved people through the many technicians working that day. Mike was especially helpful in resetting our network and password information and he made the process so easy and so quick. We appreciated that he went through the steps on my phone for us, so it was done way more efficiently and quickly than I would have done it if he talked me through it.
