Returned my equipment almost 2 weeks ago, I was reassured my account would be canceled. Now I have been on the phone with Xfinity for 30 minutes trying to prove that I returned the equipment and I am facing a double bill, because I am being charged for another month. Great service guys!

I have had an issue with my iwatch for 3 months. I spent countless hours on the phone and chat with xfinity support. Today I came into the store and had the privilege of being assisted by a representative named “Angel”. After understanding my issue Angel took over 2 hours to help me. He had to troubleshoot within the store and also with xfinity technicians via chat. He never once grew inpatient or bothered with me. The store line grew and grew and he still helped his coworkers and translated for customers who were trying to get assistance. As a professional in leadership what Angel brings to this store is something you can’t teach. He naturally is a leader. It is clear his team leans on him for direction and trust him as I witnessed many of them coming to him for help and he graciously helped them while still making me feel priority. Xfinity your customer service in general isn’t always the best, but Angel and this team today kept me with you as a customer. Please give him the praise and acknowledgement he has earned for leading this store.

I have gone to this location several times over the last month, my experience each time has been amazing. Angel is absolutely FABULOUS, personalable, patient, knowledgeable and did a great job educating me. Dom was also very helpful when they needed to team up to assist me. Angel is usually at the front desk closest to the entrance, he and others greet you as you enter the store and the wait was not long at all for any of my visits. Every representative at the store was pleasant and attentive to the customer they were assisting. If they were not assisting a customer and they saw their co-worker needed assistance taking something to the back or getting something from the back they will take the initiative to assist without being asked. Keep up the awesome work and teamwork RIVERCITY NORTHSIDE JACKSONVILLE location.
