I'm pretty sure everyone you speak to when you call is a robot and none of them know how to deal with your issue. They will just transfer to another person and you have to start all over again

- CCCristina CDec 9, 20251.0I went to this location this past Saturday December 6, the person who helped me, "Didn't"helped me. Took my DL, kept it for a while wrote Wrongly my name and last name, made a comment about my age (he was looking at my personal info). He didn't check first if my phone was compatible for the company service. Another person came, did something in the account and said the employee was in training then left without saying what he fixed or taking over the service. None of the employees guide me through the process, the employee gave me the modem, made sign then said to return next day to set up my phone. I went yesterday Monday 8 and was told the employee put me in a request to purchase a new phone with monthly paymentts. Now I have a bill for service due this December 27, (less than a month of service), I didn't set up the internet yet and I have to purchase a new phone, as mine is non compatible with their service. I'm going to return this modem and cut the service immediately. They need to put people knowledgeable that explains everything before the customer takes a decision.

Ana, was rude, condescending and very snappy. I couldn’t finish a sentence before she cut me off and gave me short and snappy answers. To say the least she was a horrible representation of the business and horrible to deal with someone so unkind.

Her dedication and professionalism made a difficult process so much easier, and we are truly grateful for her support.
