If we ask for a human person to talk to we should get a human person on the line. I’ve been trying to reach someone for over an hour but the automated system keeps taking me in circles. I’ll be cancelling all my services ASAP. If I can ever get ahold of someone.

You can never reach anyone on the phone, only an automated system with no customer service unless you drive to the location. They spin the narrative to make it seem the customer is in the wrong. Prices increase while service decreases. Horrible company! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Just an auto reply saying they are aware of my outage and calling them is not going to help and hangs up on me. Use to have good service but 3months ago they raised my rate and I've had bad service ever since.

He was using profanity, and simply being rude and even racist bc by the time he left the store he used a racial slur towards the 2 gentlemen assisting him 😤 I just wanted to give those 2 gentlemen big props they never got loud, they were never rude, and they tried to assist him until they had to kick him out due to his behavior. Great job guys staying professional and courteous. I hate i didn’t get the gentlemen names but I was in shock and didn’t want to get involved and make the situation worse 😒
