She was fantastic. She spent time talking through options with him, listening, adjusting some offers, and explaining features. Her service was excellent, so good that he signed up for and enrolled in everything there on the spot. She wasn't pushy, she didn't try to sell; she provided information and benefits, and then she allowed him to "choose". That's how it's done. Thank you Jacqueline.

While attempting to receive assistance, I was met by an employee who was extremely rude and dismissive. He stated that I was required to speak a certain language in order to communicate with him and told me I was not allowed to speak with him due to not speaking Spanish. This was particularly inappropriate, as he was clearly capable of speaking English, and I myself do speak Spanish. His behavior felt discriminatory, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for a customer-facing role. I would appreciate being contacted directly by corporate regarding this incident, as I strongly believe this individual requires proper training on respectful communication and how to interact appropriately with customers of all backgrounds.Also while trying to take a picture of me . Unacceptable That said, I would also like to recognize Ms. Jada, who assisted me afterward. She was kind, patient, professional, and truly a pleasure to speak with. Her customer service was excellent, and she made a difficult experience much more manageable. She is a great representation of how Xfinity employees should treat customers, and I hope she is acknowledged for her outstanding service. Thank you for taking the time to review this matter. I look forward to hearing back from a corporate representative regarding next steps
