- JJJessicaNov 16, 20251.0I was treated horribly and rudely by two men tall and short. I entered Beach Blvd location at approximately 4: 30 November 16 2025 Jacksonville Florida. I was actually very unnerved and uncomfortable how they were yelling at me and trying to intimidate me. I was speaking on a tablet to representative who asked me to get an employee. I asked for the name of their supervisor and they yelled more at me No! I only wanted to return 2 cameras like the online representative told me to do. I then observerd the larger male become very aggressive and verbally abusive to his coworker who was helping me on the tablet and tried to shut it off on me. I’m 5 foot and he towered over me and kept getting more upset. He walked to back of store and throwing up his hands at me in a fighting stance and continued his verbal abuse telling me get out of here.I’ have never been treated with this kind of disrespect. I will never visit that store again. We have to be respectful and kind in customer service to one another.

I felt like I was passed around and dismissed because they knew I wasn’t there to buy anything that day, just for assistance with my line, and they wouldn’t be making commissions so they didn’t want to give me the time of day. It was very disappointing given my prior experience here. I hope they do better.

You can never reach anyone on the phone, only an automated system with no customer service unless you drive to the location. They spin the narrative to make it seem the customer is in the wrong. Prices increase while service decreases. Horrible company! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Watching everyone it was clear they were all knowledgeable about their tasks, and they treated everyone professionally. I didn't have a high opinion of Comcast coming in, but it's a tad higher now.
