    I went in on / around Jan 3, 2026 to try and get my Xfinity Mobile account fixed. It was a mess. My lines were working but my account was not showing, not even my phone numbers. I explained my issue to rep Tay and she quickly went to work reviewing and seeing what needed to be done. Because of complex issue, manager Samantha began to help as well. After about 30 min, my account was fixed! Thank you so much to both of you ladies for helping but having the time & patience to fully understand what was happening and what was needed. I left that day highly satisfied

    I had the most caring experience by Brittany and her assistant manager at San Jose Jacksonville Florida. They are amazing! I will recommend because they go above and beyond to make sure our needs are taking care properly.

    We switched from T-Mobile to Xfinity Mobile & Internet after being told the Verizon network would mean better overall service. Unfortunately, that wasn’t true. While the phones technically work, the internet speeds are extremely slow—even on the premium plans for both home and mobile. Speeds often feel like 2G–4G, with constant buffering and unreliable performance. After months of ongoing issues, there has been no real resolution. To make matters worse, switching five phones and home internet took over six hours in the store, only to end up with worse service at a higher price. This experience feels less like premium service and more like misleading marketing. If reliable internet matters to you, think twice before switching.

    This is the worse company I'm the world. I would trash these people in a second ig my roommate did not have them under her name. No customer service and the automated system is a nightmare.

    Terrible experience. Tried to close an account I was kindly paying for an elderly neighbor & she passed away. I can’t get the death certificate & they literally keep charging me even though she’s been dead for a few months already. They said they can’t do anything about it. Then they made an unauthorized charge for a diff bill she had. I don’t recommend
