    Nothing to do with location but the service expensive switch to t fiber internet its faster and way cheaper

    The worst service in the world. Simply scammers. They count you for a service that they do not offer. Customer service is complete garbage both in the store and on the phone. Yesterday a technician came to a neighbor's house to connect his internet and he disconnected mine on purpose, I don't know if they do it to have more calls. It turns out that when I call a machine answers me and they don't even offer me a quick solution. One of your employees damaged my service for which I am paying and I have to be 3 days without service, for which I continue to pay. Definitely lack of empathy and humanity. It never works as well as they say, it's slow and they also hire the worst technicians and the worst customer service.

    I’ve had 5 technicians out to my house none of which want to be there or do anything. Each time they come they only replace bare minimum. I’ve had off and on internet for 4 months I pay 95.00 they gave me 50 dollar refund which is a complete joke. I just switched to quantum and it’s so much better. Xfinity techs are extremely lazy and unskilled.

    Absolutely ridiculous I have been customer for so many years and the customer service is horrendous here is my story For several months having problems with internet not able to launch platform and launch disney/hbomax/hulu etc and made so many calls and waited hours to be connected to customer representative and being lied to at the beginning feels like trying to o help you but apologetic offering better plan cheaper and even being explained is everything will be the same.. assuring yes yes BUT they didn’t lowering plans and channels and another round of calls to fix it but the worst I asked several times to speak with a supervisor but of course not available but will call back after few hours BUT never happened but finally after tech finally confessed Xfinity is aware of platform not working with the speed I have been paying for years because can’t handle it and is not solution so nothing can be done without me paying more over $190 a month. But why put me tru agony and loss of time and stress by telling me and not lying to customer who are paying for something we don’t get and again i ask to have a manager call back at least to offer a compensation for all this but Xfinity failed i just want to enjoy the holidays and not to think about it and since Xfinity is the only source of cable i have to accept and look for another avenue.. shame shame comcast for dropping the customer satisfaction. I have every name and recording about misleading and lying but i have NO ENERGY left you won UPDATE UPDATE While on vacation received a bill for $100 for xfinity comcast for sending a technician to follow up service to fix the internet problem that a previous technician supposed to fix it…spent one hour today and waited and finally spoke with a supervisor and informed that the fee can’t be refunded because I requested service but I didn’t and i have recorded the conversation but not at any moment she was understanding or apologized for this whole mess …unbelievable horrible service I surely hope someone higher customer service can reach me and do it right….
