It’s really not worth this price at all specially with all the outages I’ve had every single month at least two a month And from the beginning, they gave me an old box so I’m getting slow Wi-Fi for the price of premium. Very disappointing

The customer service representative said I didn’t have to use the phone. I didn’t have to do anything with the phone I just had to commit to it and I would get cheaper Internet. Well I need ti cancel my internet. Well now I’m screwed with paying off of a device and I don’t even have service for. But because I singed up with the plan I am now stuck paying for a phone that doesn’t have service, I am not using it and it’s not working ven a good phone it’s a google phone. So if there is other internet services out there use them and never xifiniy.

I cancelled my service in December over the phone, everything was confirmed and I obtained T-Mobile internet. Unbeknownst to me they didn’t cancel the service I found out four months later, I had T-Mobile internet for 4 months and had the other one disconnected it wasn’t being used. I told them I would never pay that being that it was an internal error on their part. Now they sent me to collections, I will never pay this as it’s a bad business practice, I will die with this debt. I love leaving good reviews when business is good but this was a terrible experience.
