  If I could give negative stars I would....they bait you into their services and then you end up not getting all that you paid for. Disconnected their services altogether.

  Outages outages outages.... Buffering buffering buffering however they did tell me for $50 deposit I can purchase a box and then I pay $7 a month and I won't have any buffering.....smh.... Why have I been paying for broken internet service in the first place????

  My experience was very good. An associate named Isaiah assisted me. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I really appreciated that The wait time was not bad and it is easy to check in.

  At the time we were there, if you live on base this is your only WiFi option. We paid about $125 for 500 mbps, we just moved and now get 1000 mbps for $45 through AT&T - with Fiber. Be prepared to spend a fortune on semi-decent WiFi. I fear they price this way intentionally, since no other companies have been able to put Fiber on base. I’d try and exhaust every other option before paying this much. Absolutely ridiculous. They also charge you for canceling your service, so be aware of that as well! UPDATE!! IT GETS WORSE!! After moving out of the state over a month and a half ago, paying the cancellation fee while returning ALL equipment, and being assured no further charges would follow - and that we were NOT bound by a contract as we are military, we have spent HOURS on the phone to get another months bill taken off. IN OUR ACCOUNT IT SAYS NO CONTRACTS WERE EVER SIGNED AND WE WILL NO LONGER BE BILLED. God forbid you call the store, they patch you through to a bunch of lines that DO NOT ANSWER. They will lie and tell you there is no point of contact and send you to 20 different “supervisors” from some call center out of the country. I have never been so disgusted and absolutely bewildered by a company. This was easily the absolute worst excuse of a company we have ever encountered. We had to threaten to take legal action to get any answers. We absolutely beg of anyone considering using this provider to go ANYWHERE else. And if you were unlucky enough to engage with this company, PLEASE contact the BBB as well. Absolutely pathetic. This god awful company needs to be shut down.
