- APalvin padilla3 days ago1.0Went to this location to cancel a line because we found my daughter’s phone. Was told I had to call a line to take care of it. While on the phone with customer service I was informed that they did that so the return wasn’t counted against them. So to not affect their sales they shooed me away.

We met a Verizon Specialist named Karen Newhard. Karen spent time with us, choosing our new smart phones and explaining their workings. Karen needed to spend more time with me bc I'm not tech oriented. We're very happy with our new phones bc of Karen's help.
