    Extremely Disappointing Experience with Comcast Business Service and Management. I’ve been a Comcast Business customer for over five years, but my recent experience with Comcast was deeply disappointing and ultimately led me to cancel my service. I truly tried. I recently renewed a retention offer for internet-only service (as I've done years prior) at approximately $150–$160 per month, exactly as discussed and agreed upon. There was no negotiation—just a clear understanding that my pricing would remain unchanged. This was verbally confirmed and executed contract, and after bring it to the manager even he acknowledged that the rate was already high but assured me it would stay the same. Despite this, from January through June 2025, my contract and monthly bills never reflected the agreed-upon terms. I was promised and mislead that it would come current after 30 days. Instead, the charges increased month after month. During this time, I paid on time and repeatedly contacted Comcast Business to have the issue corrected, only to encounter conflicting explanations, delays, and no meaningful resolution. After six months of ongoing billing issues, I cancelled my service. At that point I met Manager Lloydell Black. He's the "only one" that can help me. He personally guaranteed that my account balance would be fully resolved. I received written confirmation, a screenshot, and a receipt stating the balance had been cleared. Personally guaranteed. Unfortunately, despite those assurances, my account was later sent to collections with the full balance still outstanding. No corrections were applied, and I was informed there was nothing further that could be done. Equipment turned in, signed the cancellation with the appropriate team and confirmed again with Mr. Lloydell Black. This experience is and has been a nightmare. It was marked by broken commitments, inaccurate billing, and assurances that were not honored. I’ve never encountered this level of inconsistency and lack of follow-through from a manager. Bottom line: My experience with Comcast Business—and specifically with Manager Lloydell Black—was characterized by incorrect billing, misleading assurances, and being sent to collections for a balance I was told had been resolved. And now that there is nothing they can do. I would advise others to proceed with caution. Truly disappointing. This could have been easily resolved, retained and avoided.

    After so many frustrating negative attempts at getting xfinity/comcast customer service by phone and waiting for hours on-hold to speak with a human being, and then with very poor unprofessional outcomes, I decided to try my luck by traveling to the xfinity store. Nidia provided me with the positive customer service I expected in my attempted phone calls described above. Nidia was customer-friendly and provided answers to all of my issues to my satisfaction. She is the consummate professional as well, and I truly recommend her for a promotion with the company. I also recommend that xfinity and comcast better improve your call-in customer service FAST, or you risk losing customers who seek satisfactory service with other carriers.

    Last Sunday evening I went to this location to replace my gateway box because it had a loose connection port. The two young men working there wasted no time in taking care of the issue and promptly replaced it. Great customer service.
