After so many frustrating negative attempts at getting xfinity/comcast customer service by phone and waiting for hours on-hold to speak with a human being, and then with very poor unprofessional outcomes, I decided to try my luck by traveling to the xfinity store. Nidia provided me with the positive customer service I expected in my attempted phone calls described above. Nidia was customer-friendly and provided answers to all of my issues to my satisfaction. She is the consummate professional as well, and I truly recommend her for a promotion with the company. I also recommend that xfinity and comcast better improve your call-in customer service FAST, or you risk losing customers who seek satisfactory service with other carriers.

Last Sunday evening I went to this location to replace my gateway box because it had a loose connection port. The two young men working there wasted no time in taking care of the issue and promptly replaced it. Great customer service.

Had to come into the store because Xfinity mailed me the same router, after saying I was getting mailed a new router since mine couldn’t handle the speed. I came in just to return the package instead of UPS to be efficient. Was barely greeted by the front desk, and although wasn’t that busy after 30 min I decided to just head to UPS. I say this just to advocate they should have a separate queue for simple tasks.

1St and last time with Xfinity. Got stuck with it because of my apartment complex. Called for version fiber and they said I had to get Xfinity. In the same call I was signed up for Xfinity. In 7 months there were 14 maintenance issues where I didn't have internet. At one point no internet off and on for two weeks. Now fed up I go to cancel my service and I was put on a 2 year contract. Now they're trying to charge me $190 for an early termination fee. I'm in store as we speak to return equipment and it's been 50 minutes just to return equipment. With over 15 employees in the store only 4 are working. Serious shout-out to the welcome desk employee Keith. He held his team accountable asking who was doing what because the queue of customers was only increasing. Finally asiated by Juan the assistant manager. It took him less than 30 seconds to print my receipt after standing in one spot for 50 minutes. To make matters worse, the alarm in the store kept going off so if the wait matched with watching 11 Xfinity employees just stare at a wall wasnt enough the alarm was there to drive you up the wall.
