Also to Claude - he learned from the best!! Usually, my experience starts with asking appropriate questions to determine what the ACTUAL problem is…. That might take a few minutes while helping multiple people. Managers of the Verizon building please be kind to your valued employees who stick around. Sales go up and Sales go down right?? Maybe even more during tough times when groceries are expensive 🤔 I love coming to this Verizon store location. I usually tell the door greeter that I’ll wait all day for my special person to help me. Ordering a pizza to appreciate your employees on a Holiday weekend never killed anybody just saying.
