Nobody knows what's really going on. They said I could get an instant refund. Just go to any X finity store and they could do an instant refund. NOT true . Wrong once again. They don't refund 9 they credit. Only way to get your money is to close your account,return equipment and wait till they "feel " like returning your funds the way they feel it needs to be refunded. Not how it was paid. Terrible, Horrible and just plain crappy service... Don't use Xfinity if you want to do business with a good company.
