The only thing they are able to do is switch out a box. That is the only solution available to them. I also overheard another agent be really condescending to another customer in regards to an Internet service issue.... until he mentioned he might want a new phone line. Then the agent's tone turned honey. Smart customer tactic, I should have done that. Incredibly terrible customer service. *** In case you see that the "owner" responded below...that is an automated response set up in a CRM system (Sprinklr) triggered by a negative review. If you click the link, you're taken to a chatbot. I did that, and had a nice five minute conversation with myself. If you scroll through other reviews, you'll see the identical response posted multiple times, with variations of the same link. (Also, I've spent my entire career in digital marketing...it's always been about taking care of your customers. If you don't take care of your customers, they leave. And when your customers leave, so does your revenue.)

- BCBruce CooperOct 23, 20252.0Don’t waste your time visiting this location. I went to the store because you cannot reach anyone at Xfinity or Comcast on the phone. I have been having sporadic/intermittent issues with TV and internet for 19 months. At the store I requested a technician come to my home and perform troubleshooting techniques to determine the cause. The associate tried to tell me that all I have is Xfinity internet and they cannot/will not service my cable telling me it is not Comcast. I asked my HOA “who is our community cable provider?” Comcast as it turns out, is our provider. The cable box says Comcast right on it. These people act like everybody is an idiot. Instead of listening to what I had to say, he was too busy looking at the computer. His fix, he gives me a cable and tells me “this should fix it”. If you have a problem they just want to shuffle you out the door as fast as possible. Turns out these folks are the idiots I made an appointment for Today. The Technician was to arrive between 1 & 3. It is now 3:00 pm. The Technician is a no show no call. Owner responded to first review by telling me to put something in my browser. That is not going to fix the 19 month issue. I need someone to show up!
