Xfinity is charging me for breaking the contract. No fair, I am a loyal customer who was forced to change. Xfinity refuses to credit me the charges. Horrible customer loyalty. They are a huge organization and they don’t care. They have money why take customers money like that. Single women trying to make ends meet honestly.
