Xfinity is charging me for breaking the contract. No fair, I am a loyal customer who was forced to change. Xfinity refuses to credit me the charges. Horrible customer loyalty. They are a huge organization and they don’t care. They have money why take customers money like that. Single women trying to make ends meet honestly.

The help is bad at best. I changed to At&t ( they are down the street ) Service was started in a day and the service reps on the phone were amazing! Especially if you live in a condo or an apartment DONOT USE XFINITY/COMCAST. it is interesting that the team gave me a link to resolve and it does not work.Comcast is the worst company I have worked with. In St. Pete I use spectrum. Wish Comvvast learned from Spectrum and At&t how to be responsive to customers at problem solving and not outsourcing to companies that are clueless. I spent at least 10 hours in the last month on the phone for a resolution. Everytime Ibtried to cancel someone would keep me on the phone trying to sell additional service : when they were well knew that they cannot help me. This is “old car” salesman tactics.
