I went in around 2 on Sunday 1/19/25 and I ask the light-skinned hispanic woman for help on trying to retrieve some very important notes from my old phone which should be in my cloud...and she immediately dismissed me when I asked for help with doing that...and in the rudest tone ever, said 'no, what's lost is lost, I can't help you!' without even attempting to try and help me! I wish I had gotten the woman's name...but she should be fired immediately!
