I said “thank you” before leaving, but they didn’t even look me in the eye. It’s clear they have no interest in helping customers or providing good service. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

Instead, they set me up with a whole new plan and gave me a second line I never asked for. When I asked them to cancel it, they didn’t even know how and had to call customer service to do it for them. Then they told me I couldn’t trade in my phone, but customer service later confirmed I could. No one at the store made any effort to help. To top it off, while waiting, one of the employees was just FaceTiming friends instead of assisting customers. Unprofessional and unhelpful. Avoid this store.

He didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. I appreciate his honesty. What we bought didn't work for our needs he returned the item with no problem and even tho we didn't purchase anything else he made suggestions on what we could try next. I recommend this store.
