  Parish was great - Xfinity stores have come a long way since I've been to one (guessing probably 8 years). He went above & beyond to make sure everything was correct & to my understanding - kindly mentioned other products & services but did not push at all. What was a stressful situation turned into an pleasant and enjoyable experience.

  Store smelled like bathroom cleaner. Staff was watching Spongebob SquarePants while helping customers.

  I went in to buy a new internet service for my apartment, after taking excessive information from me the gentleman asks me to use my credit card for a charge of $53.49 saying that this is for my first month and that i have money back guarantee for 30 days to get that money back, i went to cancel the plan 6 days later for being absolutely terrible. The agent said that i owe $10.21 on my bill and that i never gave them the $53.49 although i showed them my amex statement with the address date and time plus the amount. The representatives at the store told me to dispute the transaction because one lf the employees basically robbed you. Thats crazy do not go to this place terrible place. Get robbed guaranteed in this store.

  CREDIT CARD FRAUD. I am posting this to alert others to a serious issue of credit card fraud involving this location. A customer service representative at this store added a fraudulent $93.00 phone line to my account without my authorization or knowledge resulting in an unauthorized charge to my American Express card. When I discovered the charge, I immediately contacted both xfinity and American Express to dispute the transaction and report the transaction as fraudulent. This type of conduct is deceptive and illegal under consumer protection and credit card fraud laws. I strongly advise anyone doing business here to review all charges carefully and monitor your accounts for any unauthorized activity. I am pursuing this matter formally and expect the company to take full responsibility for the fraudulent transaction.

  I hadn't been here since I switched to AT&T fiber. Went here with someone else who had an account and the representative gave them packaged equipment that had broken parts with some kind of sticky residue on it. Good thing we inspected it before leaving the store. I definitely do not recommend going to this location.
