Verizon is absolute and utter trash they made a mistake and charged me 400$ for the honor of canceling even though I only had their service for about 5 minutes before realizing they gave me the wrong phone. They never attempted to take responsibility or make it right and ever since then I go out of my way to tell anyone that will listen to never go with them. You can see in the attached email that I got a bill for $2,000 even though I was supposed to get both phones for free for switching but since they gave me the wrong phone I was built out of pocket and even after canceling I have to pay the minimum payment of over $300 plus 61$ totaling over 400 for a phone and service I never used and their mistake. Do not go with this company or store.

NO ONE told us when we checked in that if there were appointments scheduled that they would be taken in front of us. When we checked in the manager was no where to be found. Employees were coming and going and disregarded the customers. Don't waste your time - horrible service!
