My promotion was ending and my bill was going to go up 40%. This happens every year and I have to spend an hour trying to find a remedy. This year they have a plan for $30 less than I had and it is guaranteed for this price for 5 years. So happy they have seen the light. I know the new competition has driven them to lower prices and they have responded. They still offer seasonal holds and this makes my yearly expense cheaper with them than their new competitors (Verizon, TMobile, etc.) which have lower monthly charges. I also had a very nice lady that I could understand easily and my call was almost frustration free. The last issue is please fix how long it takes to gt to talk to a person.
