Esta es la tercera y última vez que visito esta tienda y en las tres oportunidades he sido mal atendido. En esta última oportunidad cuando reclame que me atendieran por qué atendieron a varios que llegaron después de mi. Me respondieron de forma nada amable y considerada que el problema radicaba en que yo no hablaba inglés y la única que hablaba español estaba ocupada ( con el mismo cliente por más de una hora). Yo no hablo inglés correcto pero me hago entender y les dije ( por segunda vez) que lo único que yo necesitaba era intercambiar entre sí, el número de mis dos teléfonos. Eso era todo lo que necesitaba y se negaron porque era necesario tener comunicación entendible (para qué?) porque el contestar sus preguntas para inscribirme (dos veces) en la lista (que que violaron por más de una vez) pudimos entendernos y para decirles qué necesitaba también. A esto se suma la actitud desencajada y airada de las dos personas a quienes ( no les reclamaba; sino solo les pedía respetuosamente que me atendieran y una de ellas dos veces había quedado libre) PARA DISCUTIR Y HABLARME DE FORMA INCORRECTA SI HABÍA SIDO POSIBLE TENER COMUNICACIÓN. Hago público este evento La concusión y experiencia que he extraído es que por ser negro, latino y no hablar fluido inglés he sido discriminado en dicha tienda Si hubiera sido posible, no hubiera puesto siquiera una estrella, pues se merecen cinco ESTRELLAS NEGATIVAS
