Location is clean, modern and very well arranged, similar to the typical Apple store in a mall. Mark was tremendously helpful, even going so far as to stay late to get things ironed out and to ensure that I walked out with a fantastic trade in and operational line! Absolutely will be returning for any further needs. Verizon gained a loyal customer thanks to the 11/10 customer service at this location! Thanks again, Mark!

After the 1st bill I came back to the Brooksville store and spoke with the salesman & also the manager. Again I was told a lie by the manager and after the 2nd bill I went in again and now am waiting on the District Manager to call me. They lied about the cost of the plan, watch and trade in values. ZERO stars
