  Today the staff was extremely friendly. We turned in old equipment for new and we were out in 10 ten minutes.

  Xfinity customer service is probably the very worst of any company I deal with. Can’t get anyone on the phone and impossible to try and get service. Avoid!!!

  I was told many things to go with xfinity. Transfered two numbers and one did not go to my account. 4 days or so without my cell, I transfered them back to Verizon. Xfinity could never release one number. 10 hours of calling and going to the store. That number is rising because I need to notify everyone I know and all of the accounts associated with a cell I had for 18 years. Go to Verizon if you want grrat service. Xfinity just put a link for a review. How will that help?

  Stay away from this service if you can. Full of empty promises and upgrades that are not an upgrade. Got a new provider after upgrading and waiting 2 months and they still could not get me the upgraded speeds.

  Service is so horrible I cancelled my free line! 1. I went to return a phone still sealed in the box and I had to jump hoops to get the restocking fee waived and the assistant manager tells me it's a company policy while the Xfinity site says you won't be charged if the return is in new condition. 2. When I returned the phone, Gary cancelled my number by mistake. To fix his mistake he reinstated my line and added a new line both being charged activation fees and full price forfeiting my free line. 3. Gary promises me he will fix when his manager comes back and he never did anything. In fact I went the following day to follow up and he said both phone numbers belong to me denying his mistake. 4. I tried to cancel both lines and he gave me false information that I have to port out my number which is not true. 5. These people take advantage of older people and people who are not aware of their rights as consumers. 6. After a lot of pressure and calls to customer service I made sure my number is completely cancelled. The manager is not there nothing gets done. Rude representatives pass you to one another and no accountability no follow up. Charge the customer everything you can, never again Comcast. Go straight to Verizon or a decent mvno like visible or us mobile. And I don't know which is worse the university store or the south Sarasota store because this bad treatment is consistent.
