Xfinity was in no way prepared for all these people to show up - just to return outdated equipment. What they should have done was email me a return shipping label so I could drop off the box at UPS. All I needed was a receipt that I returned the equipment they wanted back. Xfinity made the process much more complicated and time consuming. Poor customer service!
