    No sé qué está pasando con xfinity. Pero, ¿eh tenido que cambiar más de 3 veces el módem del internet? No sé si son cosas absoletas usadas en mal estados. O dañadas. Solo sé que llevo una semana con problemas en el internet debido a los moden. RX8

    I visited my local Xfinity store after dealing with a persistent issue involving returned equipment that, despite my best efforts, had not been properly removed from my account. What could have been yet another frustrating interaction turned into an unexpectedly positive experience thanks to Jinaro and Chantel. From the moment they stepped in, both were friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. They listened carefully, quickly understood the issue, and—most importantly—took ownership of resolving it rather than passing me along or offering vague assurances. Their efficiency and knowledge were impressive, and they handled everything calmly and courteously. Jinaro and Chantel not only corrected the problem, but they did so in a way that restored my confidence and saved me a great deal of time and aggravation. Customer service like this is rare and deserves to be recognized. If you need help at this Xfinity location, I strongly recommend asking for Jinaro or Chantel. They are first-rate professionals and a credit to the company.

    To be honest I would put 0 if they would let me. I have not had Wi-Fi since Friday night, and dealing with Xfinity’s customer service has been an absolute nightmare. Every time I called, I was stuck with an automated system that was completely useless and made it extremely difficult to reach a real person. When I finally did speak to a representative on Sunday morning, she told me she scheduled an appointment to replace my box and assured me a technician would come on Monday between 10–11 AM. Monday came. No one showed up. At 11:30 AM, I called again and waited an entire hour to speak to another agent, who then told me the technician would arrive between 10–12 instead, even though it was passed 12 she assured that someone was coming. I waited again. By 1:30 PM, still no one had shown up. When I called once more, I was finally told the truth: no appointment had ever been scheduled. So yes — two different representatives lied to me, telling me a technician was coming when no appointment existed at all. I was also never informed that I could simply pick up the replacement equipment, which would have saved days of stress and wasted time. When I went to the store, I was told I couldn’t pick up the equipment because my mom is the primary account holder — even though this was supposedly already fixed. When I returned again, the issue still wasn’t resolved. To make matters worse, the employee who helped me was extremely rude, dismissive, and didn’t even listen to what I was saying. She kept repeating that I “couldn’t do anything” and sarcastically told me that speaking to a supervisor would be pointless. Thankfully, the supervisor was professional and actually helpful, and he resolved the issue — but it never should have gotten to that point. This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Being lied to, ignored, misinformed, and treated with attitude by people whose job is to help customers is unacceptable. If I had been told the truth from the beginning, this entire situation could have been avoided. And btw i connect the new box and still NO INTERNET. I’ve been saying a need a technician and nobody listens. Extremely disappointed with Xfinity. I literally missed my final exam to graduate thanks to this.

    Had a nightmare of a problem with my wife’s phone. We had finished paying for it and decided to move her service to a new carrier. Unfortunately the phone became locked when the SIM card for the new provider was installed. We called Xfinity customer service and they told us the phone was showing unlocked. Nothing we tried unlocked the phone. I brought it to the Boynton Beach xfinity store and no one there could help either. One of the techs suggested backing up the data and doing a factory reboot. That too did not work. In a last ditch effort, assuming we’d be screwed because Xfinity no longer has our service, I brought it back the store again and Ken, (AKA “the wizard”) was able to unlock it! Never been happier with Xfinity. Thank you Ken!
