Those are the only three people that I would suggest working with. When I went in at the end of September and ordered three new phones two watches and two iPads we were told they would be in on October 17. We called. They weren’t in yet. My family member went in almost every day to see if they were in and on October 23, she visited the store spoke with Shawn and Shawn said they’re all here and we should Text him and let him know a good time for us to come in on the 24th. I texted him and my mother texted him and he never got back to us. So we just showed up today on a whim and he wasn’t in at 11 when he said he would be, but Alex was wonderful and Alex took over our Sales. It seems as though somewhere between yesterday and today, two of our phones were sold. So all I received today was one phone, one watch and one iPad. With busy schedules and knowing that we’re going to be there for hours, we made it a point to change all three of our schedules for today and two of them didn’t even get phones. I blame that on Shawn and Shawn alone. He should have texted me when the phones came in and he didn’t. Again, I love my My Verizon plan I don’t want to get rid of it. But I’m just telling you do not deal with Shawn. Alex, Leo Sam, Brian they’re all fabulous. By the way while I was in there, somebody else came in to complain that something wasn’t ready when it should’ve been and their customer representative was also Shawn.
