Worked with a rep to add a line (that will not even be used) for my 4 year old's diabetes chart mapping and tracking remotely. The rep, Edward, told me multiple times it was only $20 to add a line. I even asked him 3x to confirm the price was only $20 right before signing. I activate the phone and then see my bill a day later is now an $30 plus tax a month for the extra line and not $20. He signed me up for an "unlimited plus" plan since apparently we needed this for the trade-in. So, he locked me in for 24 months with this additional fee that was never communicated. This is frustrating b/c of course I do NOT need unlimited plus for a phone that will never be used to call out from. I reached out to the rep and he said "he told me this" - completely false. Same thing continually happens on the TV/internet side of the house. So, I will close all Xfinity accounts b/c of the constant lies.
