It seem like a great time since it wasn’t too busy at the time. I been to this store a couple times already and I can’t believe that the issue is still not fixed. Had this wonderful young lady that was helping me. The bad part was that I could hardly hear her and she could hardly hear me because the music was so loud. I was also so disturb that a company would allow that kind of music to be played in a customer service store! Unbelievable! To make matters worst the representatives in the back, from what I recall a young lady and two gentleman were laughing very loud and just joking it up while having a customer with them as well. That customer didn’t look too happy. I don’t bIame him thought this was so disrespectful. It’s bad enough that customer service on the phone is not reachable but then come in to the store to deal with this type of service! This is beyond crazy! Unfortunately this is not only the visible things that are wrong with this store.The other time that I came, it smell like mariguana and a couple of the representatives look like they were under the influence of something, what a way to be professional. So unprofessional, if you ask me! What type of business is Comcast running. This will be the last time I visit this store! I will be moving my services to another service provider!
