Was asked if I would like to upgrade to the Premium Unlimited 4x. I declined 4x. We do not use that much data. Guess What....got our congratulations email that we upgraded to Premium Unlimited. Customer service was not able to fix the issue - after 30 min on the call with them the best we could do is - submit a ticket to look into it. So disappointed

I like the overall teamwork atmosphere. They work together and as a former Sprint Tech it's nice good customer service still exist in some places. Thank you guys!!

They were completely clueless. It's easy to include with your subscription for free, when they don't know how to deliver.

It's ridiculous you can't get a store number to exchange equipment like a remote, instead you have to find out either by going to a store or pay to return their crappy equipment that doesn't work anymore. The 1-800 number is ridiculous & not easy to use. Despicable when a greedy monopoly company moves into an area just to screw people over & provide awful service but there's not many other options
