If you’re having issues with them- CALL THE FCC! Management failed to take ownership or provide meaningful results.

This is the second time they quoted me one thing and now they’re charging me $50 more than was quoted. When spoke to customer service they told me I didn’t have to return my phone for the trade-in value. When I got my bill, it was different than what they told me so I called them up. They told me the promotion for the trade-in was over because I didn’t send my phone. I was told not to send my phone that I could keep it. They lied to me twice now. They won’t investigate unless I returned the brand new phone, but I’ve already changed everything over and it’ll be a real pain in the you know what. Just be leery of them. And make sure you’re checking your bill if you do have them. The one star does not really count.

First they changed my address and applied another plan without telling me and second they could not change my plan. How it is possible that live agent can change the plan. If I did this online myself I could do that better. No one answering the phone and it is disappointing.
