- NBNatalie BaderJan 3, 20265.0On New Years Eve I had to go to the Xfinity store at the Christiana mall, after spending over 5 frustrating hours on the phone with multiple customer service representatives that were of no help, and was immediately greeted with a smile and positivity by the store manager Amanda. My issue is very complex and while they were unable to resolve it at the store, Amanda filed a ticket right away, explained the process with transparency and has remained in contact with me each day to update me on what she knows and next steps. She continues to do everything in her power to help resolve the error made by Xfinity and takes a lot of personal pride in her job and helping customers. She is an amazing asset to the organization and I’m grateful for everything she has done to try and help me. - Natalie B

We made the quick decision to drive to the mall to see insane streams of traffic pouring in from all directions and asked ourselves "are we totally nuts doing this?" We made it into the mall to the Xfinity store and were met by Amanda, the Store Manager, who unlocked the doors for us! A good start! Amanda introduced us to a most capable, cheerful, and REALLY welcoming associate (Mira) dressed in her best Holiday sweater! Mira made quick work of getting us a new router, modem and remote and was just great. This Xfinity store is bright, clean and the associates are all obviously there to deliver a pleasant, relaxed experience which is a testament to a really well managed business! Best holiday wishes to all!

I also needed to have my andriod turned on again. Todd said, this was not a good day for him. Not selling versus assisting with technical issues. Amanda looked like she didn't want to touch my phone, the screen was broken, that is why I wanted to upgrade my phone. I am also an senior citizen. I was on the phone with a customer service representative, he told me to ask them to help with Sim card. The representative on the phone was excellent in his sevice to me. In short dont go to the store for help. They only want to sell nit assist with problems.
