Not only did this location fail me as a customer, but more specifically Shannies Felipa and Tomas Piche gave me their contact information to reach out to them regarding a dispute I had been having since early October! My issue was not resolved until the end of December after filing a legal dispute. Shannies Felipa and Tomas Piche ignored countless of my emails and texts with no resolution and didn't even have the decency to solve my issue after 3 in person store visits! I only visited in person because I have reached out to xfinity mobile customer representatives for months and still, no resolution. Being that Xfinity was in the fault of my issue, I would think this would have been an easy fix, but no it wasn't, not after giving me the run around and not helping me until it was then a legal matter. Xfinity would've rather me just break under pressure and pay a $1,700 phone bill that was their fault, then to have solved my issue at a decent enough time while taking responsibility.

When asked for help again was turned away in a very rude manner.
