I sent them a coupon payment certified mail for full payment and they kept the payment and continued to send me a bill saying I didn't pay them. Surprise charges, no show technicians, no call backs, incorrect service address information even after the bot agents confirm, the list goes on. You only get to talk to someone when you threaten cancellation and even then they call you days later if you’re lucky. Can’t wait to be done with them.
