As a loyal Xfinity customer for over 3 years on home internet and 1 year on a mobile plan, I expect to be treated with professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling unvalued and disrespected. I strongly request that you look into this matter seriously. He refused to provide the receipts, saying there are no receipts for bill payments, and on top of that, he made a very disrespectful comment telling me to “wear socks first.” This was unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. Customers should be treated with respect and given proper assistance.
