They communicate well, and work together seamlessly. Ceejay is incredibly patient and detail oriented. Janellie is warm and welcoming. Isaiah is thorough and efficient. Kat is super knowledgeable and Tati is kind, calm and professional. It’s very rare to walk into a store and feel this supported and respected. This entire team deserves recognition for outstanding customer service! You can tell that they genuinely care about their customers and the people they’re helping. Thank you all so much for making every visit a great experience!

CeeJay, Janellie, Kat, Tati, and especially the manager Isiah, are consistently respectful, kind, patient, and professional. They work seamlessly together and with all the customers that come in. They communicate clearly and have the patience to deal with disgruntled customers in a respectful manner. This is the best location I’ve ever been to and I’ve been a loyal customer with xfinity for 8+ years.

The store manager did a great job explaining to us that the receipt will be available at the next billing cycle (ehich was not explained to us on virtual chat or on phone customer service that told us to go in person to get the bill printout). It's frustrating we can't access a print out of our itemized phone payment immediately and have to wait 25 days... But everyone in the store was very professional. Thank you.
