    The worst. Have yet to go there hoping to correct a problem and having to return within a few days because they made it an even bigger headache. Forget their email verifications. Get a paper receipt for everything and read it. Was charged for 2 apple watches. Took months to correct. I was treated like a thief until someone in corporate agreed that something didn't add up and was finally given a refund

    They misrepresent misinform and are not honest with consumers misleading on their service plans and make changes to bills without authorization given also dont honor offers they are ripping people off..

    STAY AWAY! If I could give zero stars I WOULD Absolutely terrible experience. Not a single Xfinity customer care person wanted to help. I was bounced around repeatedly, given different stories, and got ZERO response from the store manager. First I was told the manager was in the store. Minutes later, I was told he suddenly “wasn’t available” and no one could get him. This is basic customer service, and they completely failed. No urgency, no accountability, no effort to resolve anything. It’s clear the staff is either poorly trained or simply doesn’t care. I walked out with no answers and wasted time. Unprofessional from top to bottom. I won’t be returning, and I’d warn anyone else to avoid this location unless you want the same runaround

    What a disappointment in the NORTH HAVEN STORE Took my phone with a issue and all they wanted is to sell me a new phone, they told me it could not be fixed, Then I went to the DERBY STORE and MARISOL THE TECH. TOOK my phone, no questions asked and she fix it , Marisol is great, and a professional assistant She even didn’t pressure me to buy a phone, she said I should upgrade, that’s great service, I will return to her this week and get a new phone and a new watch MARISOL is the best, and she should get a star on her report, I been a customer for 40 years, and have not been rewarded Xfinity should reward Marisol for her service
