I was bounced around repeatedly, given different stories, and got ZERO response from the store manager. First I was told the manager was in the store. Minutes later, I was told he suddenly “wasn’t available” and no one could get him. This is basic customer service, and they completely failed. No urgency, no accountability, no effort to resolve anything. It’s clear the staff is either poorly trained or simply doesn’t care. I walked out with no answers and wasted time. Unprofessional from top to bottom. I won’t be returning, and I’d warn anyone else to avoid this location unless you want the same runaround

TOOK my phone, no questions asked and she fix it , Marisol is great, and a professional assistant She even didn’t pressure me to buy a phone, she said I should upgrade, that’s great service, I will return to her this week and get a new phone and a new watch MARISOL is the best, and she should get a star on her report, I been a customer for 40 years, and have not been rewarded Xfinity should reward Marisol for her service
