    What a disappointment in the NORTH HAVEN STORE Took my phone with a issue and all they wanted is to sell me a new phone, they told me it could not be fixed, Then I went to the DERBY STORE and MARISOL THE TECH. TOOK my phone, no questions asked and she fix it , Marisol is great, and a professional assistant She even didn’t pressure me to buy a phone, she said I should upgrade, that’s great service, I will return to her this week and get a new phone and a new watch MARISOL is the best, and she should get a star on her report, I been a customer for 40 years, and have not been rewarded Xfinity should reward Marisol for her service

    Worst experience today at the North Haven location. Had bad experiences in the past but today settles it for us. We checked in sat down to wait and watch a woman get treated bad by a clerk. She was trying to get a problem solved with her account. Eventually a manager came to attend to her. We were called next. I informed the clerk exactly what we came for. He continued on about other choices. I stopped him several times to let him know we are 60 years old and have tried all the other (scams) choices. We were only interested in what we came for. We were Eventually told to get lost. I approached the manager on the way out to let him aware of how we were treated but I didn't wait for an answer. We are finished with the North Haven store. Beware people. Don't even deserve 1 star.

    Have not been getting my bill in the mail for years and kept charging me late fees and and reactivation fees, sometimes twice a month and the late fee is basically whatever they want because it fluctuates from what I can see and I was told to go to the post office and find out what’s going on with my bill because they have nothing to do with that Ludacris I tell you it’s their job to look into that not mine. Their job is to make sure I receive a bill at my house every month and they have not achieved that goal whatsoever and get told that I need to go and find out my self with the post office outrageous I tell you I am going to terminate service with them and go with a different provider

    Every time I’ve gone to the Xfinity store in North Haven, it’s been a complete nightmare. The place is always overcrowded, and there never seems to be anyone available to actually help customers. The few employees who are there constantly give out misleading or downright false information — they’ll promise fake promotions and services that don’t even exist. The managers do nothing to help. They just stand around and watch while frustrated customers wait forever for service. It’s one of the least organized retail operations I’ve ever seen. The customer service side is no better. Every time I call, I get transferred endlessly or connected to representatives who clearly aren’t trained properly. The company’s support system feels outsourced and disconnected — like no one is actually accountable for fixing anything. To make things worse, their mobile app is practically useless. It’s slow, constantly crashes, and half the time it’s down or gives you error messages. The most recent terrible experience for me was when a customer service representative activated a new phone line on my account without my consent. I had clearly stated I wanted to return the phone, not activate it. That action caused a mess with my account and billing — a serious mistake that borders on fraud in my opinion. Overall, Xfinity as a company has completely lost my trust. Between the dishonesty in-store, the unhelpful management, the broken app, and the disastrous customer service experience, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. UPDATE: Xfinity has responded to my review, passing along an expired link for them to try to “solve” it. Be aware of this entity.
